In response to the news that Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States, is being indicted by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on what is said to be a wide array of counts that may be linked to allegations of using campaign funds to pay off adult film star Stormy Daniels in order to gain her silence about an affair between her and Trump in 2006, Governor Ronald D. DeSantis issued a statement.

Having been under fire from all sides over questions about his position on the issue, DeSantis made it clear he is not messing around – and in his inimitable style, he is giving no quarter and taking no prisoners:

Although DeSantis did not mention Trump by name, the Florida Governor, who was recently re-elected by a 19-point margin and is the only Governor to have dismissed a Soros-backed prosecutor, made clear his concerns about the legitimacy of the case.

It is believed that Trump will voluntarily travel to New York to surrender, and it’s generally believed there will be a mugshot of President Donald Trump released to the general public either that day or shortly thereafter.

Like you, we will be watching intently for updates on this case and will update this story as more information becomes available.
